This new incarnation of The Travel Blog for Couples offers more information to help inspire and aid your travels…and travel fantasies.
Here’s what’s new:
TWT TRAVEL BINDERS:
Ever wish you could easily pull together a ton of travel info on the places you’d like to go? Me, too!
So, I’ve created TWT Travel Binders, a new series of posts that offer travel resource links and photos on (eventually) every state and country imaginable. You’ll find official tourism sites, links to popular guides, location-specific blogs, travel articles, travel agents, tours and more.
Keep a regular lookout for new Binder posts, and please enjoy the 112 you’ll find here already!
COUPLES’ TRAVEL TIPS:
I’ve featured some of my favorite couples’ travel posts on a Couples’ Travel Tips page, and there’ll be more to come in the future!
Find out how to:
- manage travel planning with your (or your partner’s) parents
- how to prepare for a trip together
- and more
MORE COUPLES’ TRIPS:
In the months to come, I’ll be writing about other couples’ trips to:
Fiji, Tahiti, Alaska, Peru, Ecuador, Switzerland, France, Israel, Thailand, etc.
SHARE:
On the right side of the new home page, you’ll find a section called “Share Your Tips, Stories and Photos.” Through this section, please send us an email with your:
- best couples’ travel tips
- favorite blog posts
- most useful travel sites
- favorite hotels and restaurants
- pictures and stories from your own “travels with two”
COOK ISLANDS:
In the meantime, we’re just back from a trip to the Cook Islands, so in the next week I’ll be writing about:
- our first experience with flying first class
- what we learned about ancient Polynesian culture
- a day cruise to deserted islets, just for two
- wildlife, jungles and beaches of the Cooks
For now, please take a look around the newly-designed Travels With Two!

Like the new design and structure of your website! It already is a great resource for couples planning their getaway, but sounds like you’ve got big plans to expand. Hope you had a great time in the Cook Islands!
Audrey, hello — and thank you!
The Cook Islands were spectacular, the perfect combination of sloth and cultural exploration. I truly can’t believe we came home…
I’ve been catching up on your latest posts on Nicaragua, and hope you’re still happy you’ve chosen Central and South America over Africa. Your life absolutely thrills and amazes me!
