As a child, I learned that opals (my birthstone), were mined in Australia,
and became curious about a country that stored fire in its rocks. 

Then I grew up, met Adam, and together we discovered that Australia makes wines.
Really, really good wines.

Now we want to see the beaches, the cities, the Great Barrier Reef, the Outback…
and everything in between.
